A document, either complete or incomplete, can be rewritten to correct the grammar, spelling, citations and incoherent thought of ideas. What was
previously written is formatted to a new and correct type of document. Rewriting involves editing and revising a written paper.
A written paper contains the thoughts of the original writer and these are rearranged and reworded to produce a new set of words but the idea of
the original writer stays. Ideally, additional words and phrases are included to make the document complete. Rewriting the paper can also completely
overhaul the original text and change to a new phrase if the original paper does not meet the requirements of the paper.
Rewriting also involves research to judge the validity of the written paper. Additional resources can be added to fill the missing thoughts and ideas
for the paper. Rewriting can be considered as writing a new paper that will meet the requirements to finish the document.
